Rachel has a Bachelor's in Social Science from Portland State University, Master's in Divinity from Marylhurst University, and Professional Coaching Certification from University of Miami. She draws upon more than two decades of dedication to yoga and meditation in her work with leaders. Her understanding of healthcare, academia, research, and startups continues to inform her work.

 

Rachel’s specialty is retreat, creating both individual and bespoke group experiences. At her core she believes that leaders require nurturing to grow the hardiness needed to carry on in their demanding roles. “Working with Rachel is like opening a window in a room--light, perspective, and space are all enriched.”
